A powerful in-person breathwork experience to support release, regulation, grounding and reconnection.
Conscious breathwork is like a workout for the lungs, a reset for the nervous system, a release valve for stored emotion, and a doorway into deep inner calm, clarity and connection.
So many people are walking around carrying stress, pressure, tension, emotional heaviness, overthinking, exhaustion, and survival mode in their body every single day without even realising just how much they’ve been holding. You can feel it in the tight chest. The busy mind. The emotional build-up. The inability to fully switch off. The way your body keeps going, even when your soul is asking for a pause. Breakthru Breathwork is your opportunity to step out of the noise, come back into your body, and give yourself the space to breathe, soften, release, and reset.

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have to influence how you feel, how your body responds to stress, and how safe your nervous system feels in any given moment. When life has had you stuck in overdrive, carrying emotional weight, running on empty, or feeling disconnected from yourself, the breath can become the bridge back.
Breathwork can support:
✦nervous system regulation
✦ deep relaxation emotional release
✦ grounding and reconnection
✦stress reduction
✦ greater inner awareness
Sometimes the shift feels like peace. Sometimes it feels like clarity. Sometimes it feels like a release you didn’t even realise your body needed. The breath is the bridge back to you.
This is a guided in-person experience held in a safe and supportive intimate group setting (maximum 10-18 participants). You will be gently guided through the process from start to finish, including the opening discussion, breathwork instruction, the guided journey itself, and grounding and integration afterwards. You do not need to know what you’re doing. You do not need to “be good at it.” You do not need to have done breathwork before. You simply need to arrive open, willing, and ready to give yourself the space

Please bring:
• A pillow for your head.
• An additional pillow to place underneath your knees if you experience back discomfort or find lying down for longer periods uncomfortable.
• A blanket for comfort, as you may feel cool at times.
• A water bottle (a bottle of water is provided).
• A journal or notebook and pen if you’d like to reflect afterwards—these are optional, including for your first class.
An eye mask is provided at your first session. Please keep it and bring it back to each future class. If you need another mask, a $5 replacement fee applies.

Everyone’s experience is different. You may notice emotions arising, a sense of calm or connection, or simply become more aware of your thoughts and body. There is no particular feeling or “breakthrough” you need to achieve.
Tears or other emotions may arise, and you won’t be expected to explain them. You can pause, return to your natural breathing and ask for support at any time. There is no pressure to push through an overwhelming experience.
Absolutely. You remain in charge of your participation. You can slow down, return to normal breathing, open your eyes or stop at any point. Please let us know if you feel uncomfortable or unwell.
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or know how to quiet your mind. Let us know you’re feeling nervous so we can talk through what to expect. There is no pressure to perform or get it “right”.
Please contact us before booking to discuss suitability. Certain physical and mental health conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery and some medications can affect whether this style of breathwork is appropriate. Medical clearance may be required, and some people will need to avoid intensive breathing techniques. Breathwork does not replace medical or psychological care.
Please let us know before your session so we can discuss positioning and whether we can accommodate your needs. Bring a pillow for your head and another for underneath your knees if helpful. You do not need to remain in a painful position.
Not at all. You don’t need any particular beliefs. You’re welcome whether you’re seeking connection, time for yourself, or simply curious about the experience.
You don’t need to tell your story or explain your emotions to the group. Any personal sharing is your choice. Relevant health information should be discussed privately with us before participating.
That’s okay. A meaningful session doesn’t need to involve tears, strong emotions or a big realisation. Your experience may be subtle, and there’s no need to compare it with anyone else’s.
No. You may simply want more peace, presence or connection in your life. You’re welcome to take this time for yourself without needing a problem to solve.

Afterwards, we allow 20–30 minutes for light refreshments, optional sharing and connection, giving you time to feel grounded before leaving the space.
